Reverse description As a bracteate, this coin is struck on a single thin flan from one die only, producing a mirror-image incuse impression on the reverse. The reverse therefore displays the same architectural and figural design as the obverse in negative relief, with no independent design elements, inscriptions, or additional imagery. The thin silver fabric is typical of bracteate coinage produced in the Polish lands during the Piast period.
