| Reverse description | As a true bracteate, this coin is struck on a single thin flan with the design appearing in incuse mirror image on the reverse. The reverse therefore shows no independent design, displaying only the faint negative impression of the obverse effigy, a characteristic feature of bracteate coinage produced in medieval Poland during the 12th century. |
