Obverse description Facing right bust of Duke Mieszko III the Old in Romanesque style, rendered in high relief characteristic of bracteate technique, with a beaded border encircling the design. To the right of the effigy rises a stylized tree with spreading foliate branches. Below the tree, a crescent motif is visible. The lower portion of the field features a horizontal architectural or ornamental band with geometric decorative elements. The overall composition is bold and schematic, typical of 12th-century Polish bracteate coinage.

Reverse description Incuse mirror image of the obverse, as is characteristic of bracteate coinage struck on a single thin flan from one die. The reverse shows the indented impression of the bust facing left, the stylized tree, crescent, and lower ornamental band, all in sunken relief. The beaded border is visible in negative. The surface exhibits typical flan irregularities and die shift consistent with medieval hammered bracteate production.
