Obverse description Centrally positioned concentric raised rings forming a button-like (guziczkowy) boss design, characteristic of the Mazovian bracteate tradition. The innermost ring encloses a schematic cruciform or floral motif in low relief, surrounded by a broader raised annular band. The entire design is struck in the bracteate manner on a thin, irregularly shaped flan with a naturally curved, convex profile. No legend or inscription is present; the field is plain and unadorned beyond the central device. The overall artistic execution reflects the simplified, aniconic style typical of early fourteenth-century Mazovian deniers from the Płock mint.
