| Obverse description | Central field depicts the half-figure of the Hohenzollern eagle displayed, with spread wings rendered in bold relief, the feathering of the left wing articulated by parallel incuse lines. Four lozenge- or shield-shaped devices are arranged around the eagle in a roughly rectangular grouping, serving as heraldic charges associated with the Margraviate of Brandenburg. The design is enclosed within a raised circular border, beyond which a series of radiate projections or ray-like elements form the outer rim, characteristic of the bracteate pfennig coinage of the mid-fifteenth century. No legend or inscription is present. The entire composition is struck in the thin, concave bracteate technique, producing a mirrored incuse impression on the reverse. |

| Reverse description | As characteristic of bracteate coinage, the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, showing the faint recessed impression of the eagle and surrounding lozenge devices pressed through the thin silver flan during striking. The surface is otherwise plain and uninscribed, with no additional design elements, legend, or border ornament. The concave curvature of the flan is clearly visible. |
