Reverse description As a bracteate, this coin is struck on a single thin flan, resulting in the reverse displaying a mirror-image incuse impression of the obverse design, with no independent reverse type or legend. The incuse relief shows the negative impression of the enthroned duke and canopy motif, characteristic of single-die bracteate production technique employed in 12th-century Polish minting.
