| Obverse description | Central field features a cross pattée enclosed within a plain inner circle, with a pellet in each angle of the cross. The surrounding annulus is bordered by an outer ring of alternating pellets and wedge-shaped ornaments forming a decorative beaded border. A Latin legend runs around the periphery between the inner circle and the outer border, rendered in the irregular, somewhat crude lettering characteristic of early Bohemian hammered coinage. |

| Reverse description | Central field depicts a cross pattée within a plain inner circle, with pairs of pellets or annulets in each quadrant, lending the design a symmetrical character typical of Přemyslid denier coinage. The inner circle is surrounded by an outer border composed of wedge-shaped or arrow-head ornaments radiating outward, interspersed with pellets. A Latin peripheral legend encircles the design between the inner ring and the outer decorative border, executed in the rough, hand-engraved style common to late tenth- and early eleventh-century Bohemian issues. |
