| Obverse description | Central field depicts a stylized hand issuing from above, rendered in a primitive Romanesque manner characteristic of early Bohemian coinage. Flanking the central motif are schematic letter-like or ornamental elements arranged horizontally across the field. The overall design is executed in a bold, deeply struck but irregular style typical of late 10th-century hammered deniers. The flan is irregular in shape with a crenellated edge, and patches of green patina are visible across the surface. |
