Obverse description Stylized facing or three-quarter head in the Blésois-Chartrains tradition, flanked on either side by a crosslet in the field; a small crosslet occupies the central upper area of the design. A character resembling the Malayalam letter ഗ appears beneath the left crosslet, and a vertical omega symbol is placed below the central motif. The overall composition is typical of anonymous feudal coinage of the Loire region, with crude, deeply struck lettering surrounding the central device.
