Obverse description Irregular hammered silver flan bearing a schematic human or animal figure in the central field, rendered in the crude but characteristic style of early Muscovite wire money coinage. The design is executed in low relief with shallow die-cutting typical of late 14th to early 15th century Russian medieval numismatics. The field is uneven and shows the natural texture of the hand-struck planchet. No legible legend or border ornament is present on this side.

Reverse description Central field displays a stylized figure, possibly a warrior or rider, in low relief, characteristic of the primitive artistic idiom employed on Muscovite denga coinage of Vasily I. The design is enclosed within or accompanied by a partial border. A Cyrillic legend surrounds or flanks the central motif, reading the title and name of the grand prince. The hammered flan is of irregular outline with a flat, worn surface consistent with circulation use.
