Reverse description A dragon passant to the left occupies the central field, depicted in a stylized, heraldic manner consistent with early Muscovite coinage iconography. The creature is shown with a serpentine body and rendered in low relief, surrounded by a beaded inner border. The irregular flan and crude strike are typical of hammered silver dengas of the Grand Principality of Moscow from the early fifteenth century.
