Obverse description Facing or slightly turned bust of a figure within a beaded or rope-like inner circle, consistent with the stylized portrait convention of medieval Russian denga coinage. The field surrounding the central motif bears a Cyrillic inscription running along the inner border. The style is characteristic of hammered wire-money production of the Yaroslavl principality in the mid-fifteenth century.

Reverse description Central field displays a stylized zoomorphic or anthropomorphic motif within a circular border, typical of mid-fifteenth century Yaroslavl denga reverses. The design is rendered in low relief on an irregularly shaped flan, reflecting the hand-hammered wire-money technique of the period. Surface details are partially worn, consistent with circulation use.
