Obverse description Frontal bust of a bishop or archbishop in high relief, depicted wearing a mitre and episcopal vestments with decorative detail at the collar. The figure is flanked on either side by a tall column or pillar, framing the effigy symmetrically within the field. A beaded inner circle surrounds the central design, itself enclosed by a plain border following the irregular flan edge. The overall style is characteristic of Friesach-type coinage, with bold, somewhat schematic rendering of the ecclesiastical figure typical of mid-12th-century Alpine and northern Italian hammered silver.

Reverse description Central tower or church facade depicted in stylized architectural form, flanked by two standing figures, likely representing saints or ecclesiastical dignitaries, each rendered in a frontal, hieratic posture. Below the central structure, a row of four or five pellets forms a decorative base, evoking an arcade or architectural foundation. A beaded inner circle encloses the entire composition, which is surrounded by a plain outer border consistent with the irregular hammered flan. The design closely follows the iconographic conventions of Friesach denarii produced in Carinthia, adapted here by the Patriarchate of Aquileia.
