Reverse description Central field displays four Visconti heraldic shields arranged in cruciform pattern around a central cross, each shield bearing distinctive Visconti armorial charges, all set within a beaded inner border. The four-shield cross composition is a well-attested heraldic device employed on Milanese billon coinage of this period. The outer legend, reading hESTOR VICECOMES, identifies co-ruler Estore Visconti. The coin exhibits the characteristic irregular flan and weak peripheral strike associated with hammered billon denominations of the early Quattrocento.
