Obverse description Draped bust of Vibia Sabina facing right, her hair elaborately dressed with a stephane (diadem) and arranged in a queue falling down the back of the neck. The imperial effigy is rendered in fine high relief typical of Hadrianic workshop production, conveying the dignity and status of the Augusta. The surrounding field carries the imperial titulature legend in incuse Latin letters.

Reverse description The personification of Pudicitia (Chastity/Modesty) depicted as a veiled female figure standing left upon a ground line, her right hand raised to arrange or draw aside her veil in the characteristic gesture of pudicitia, while her draped garments fall in classical folds. The figure is rendered in the restrained Hadrianic classicizing style, evoking the moral virtues associated with the imperial consort.
