| Obverse description | Draped bust of Sabina facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and drawn back in a queue, adorned with a diadem and stephane. The imperial portrait is rendered in the refined classical style characteristic of Hadrianic court portraiture. The encircling Latin legend identifies her as Augusta and consort of the emperor Hadrian. The flan is irregular, consistent with hand-struck production of the period. |

| Reverse description | The personification of Indulgentia seated left upon a throne or chair, her figure draped in flowing robes. She extends her right hand in a gesture of clemency or beneficence, while her left hand holds a long vertical sceptre. The composition conveys imperial magnanimity and is executed in the dignified allegorical style typical of Hadrianic reverse types. The surrounding legend references Hadrian's titles, and a hole pierced through the lower flan indicates the coin was mounted and worn in antiquity. |
