Reverse description The personification of Victoria (Victory) stands facing left in the field, depicted as a winged figure wearing a chiton and himation, her right arm raised and extending a wreath forward, her left hand holding a palm frond. The figure is rendered in high relief with spread wings visible behind her shoulders, consistent with the Antioch mint's Victory type for Pescennius Niger. The legend VICTORIAE AVG is distributed around the periphery within a beaded border. The reverse die is well-centered on an irregular flan typical of hammered provincial coinage of this period.
