| Reverse description | A small winged Victory stands erect in a quadriga — a four-horse chariot — galloping to the right, the horses rendered in vigorous forward motion with detailed harness work visible. Victory holds the reins and raises one arm in a triumphal gesture. The legend encircles the field in two registers: the main titulature of Trajan runs along the outer border, while the moneyer's name L RVBRI appears in the exergue below the chariot. The composition recalls the triumphal quadriga type of Republican coinage, deliberately evoked in this Trajanic restoration issue. |
