Reverse description Saturn driving a quadriga to the right, holding the reins in his left hand and a harpa in his right, rendered in a simplified barbarous style derived from the Roman Republican denarius of L. Saturninus. The four horses are depicted in a stylised galloping arrangement, with the control mark of an X flanked by two pellets visible beneath the horses in the exergue area. The legend 'L • SATVRA' appears around the reverse field, with the final letter rendered as a retrograde Lambda (Λ) in place of the Roman N, a hallmark of Dacian imitative coinage.
