Obverse description Laureate, cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and a short beard, the laureate wreath tied with a ribbon visible at the nape. The cuirass is depicted with pteryges at the shoulder, conveying imperial military authority. The encircling legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan in incuse Latin capitals.

Reverse description The goddess Pax depicted standing left in full figure, draped in a long stola and paludamentum, extending an olive branch downward in her right hand and holding a tall vertical sceptre in her left. The figure is rendered with classical composure and fine drapery folds. The abbreviated titulature legend is distributed around the field in Latin capitals, reading from left to right across the upper register.
