Reverse description Standing figure of Bonus Eventus (Good Outcome), a personification of favorable fortune, depicted full-length facing left. The deity holds a patera in the right hand extended over a lighted altar at lower right, and grasps a bunch of grain ears in the left hand, referencing agricultural abundance and divine favor. The reverse legend is distributed in the field and exergue in crisp Latin capitals, recording Hadrian's pontifical and consular dignities.
