In her extended right hand she holds a set of scales (libra), symbolizing the accurate weighing of monetary standards, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia (cornu copiae), emblematic of abundance and prosperity. The figure is rendered with classical drapery in a contrapposto stance. The encircling legend MONETA AVG is distributed in the field to either side of the figure.
