Reverse description The personification of Concordia, goddess of harmony and agreement, is depicted enthroned and facing left, draped in flowing robes rendered with carefully incised folds. In her extended right hand she holds a patera, the libation dish symbolic of piety and sacrifice, while her left arm rests upon a small cult statue of Spes, the goddess of hope, positioned at the side of her throne. The figure is seated on an ornate throne with legs visible beneath the garment. The abbreviated Latin legend flanks the field, and a beaded border encircles the entire reverse design.
