| Reverse description | Standing figure of Clementia, personification of imperial clemency, depicted full-length facing left in draped attire with a radiate or turreted crown upon her head. She extends her right hand forward holding a patera, while her left hand rests upon a long vertical sceptre or hasta. The figure is rendered in a classical contrapposto stance with fluid drapery falling to her feet. The encircling legend CLEMENTIA AVG COS III P P runs around the periphery, with a beaded border visible along the inner edge of the rim. The reverse field is smooth and lightly worn, with the design in moderate to good relief. |
