| Obverse description | Bare laureate head of Emperor Galba facing right, rendered in high relief with characteristic aged features including prominent chin and strong brow. The portrait displays the naturalistic style typical of Julio-Claudian and early Flavian imperial coinage. The legend encircles the effigy in Latin capitals within the field. The flan is slightly irregular in shape, consistent with hand-struck production of the period. |

| Reverse description | Full-length standing figure of Livia, deified as Diva Augusta, depicted draped in long robes and facing left. She holds a patera in her extended right hand and a long vertical sceptre in her left hand, attributes emblematic of imperial consecration and divine status. The figure is rendered with classical dignity, recalling the idealized feminine imagery of Augustan coinage. The encircling legend DIVA AVGVSTA identifies the subject as the deified empress. The type was struck under Galba as a gesture of legitimacy and pietas toward the Julio-Claudian dynasty. |
