Reverse description The goddess Minerva depicted standing left in full figure, helmeted and clad in a long chiton with a himation draped over her lower body. She holds an upright spear in her right hand and rests her left hand at her side; a small owl or shield may be present at her feet, consistent with the RIC 191 type. The figure stands on a small base or groundline, rendered in fine relief typical of the Rome mint under Domitian. The circumferential legend in Latin capitals frames the reverse field, reading from upper right.
