Obverse description Laureate bust of Emperor Domitian facing right, draped with aegis visible at the shoulder, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair curls characteristic of Flavian portraiture. The effigy presents a strong, idealized imperial profile with the laurel wreath symbolizing military and divine authority. The encircling Latin legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan. The die engraving reflects the accomplished craftsmanship of the Rome mint under the Flavian dynasty.
