| Obverse description | Laureate head of Domitian facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and wreath. The emperor's portrait displays the characteristic strong features of Flavian imperial coinage, with a pronounced brow and firm jaw. The neck is bare, and the bust is truncated.
