Obverse description Laureate bust of Domitian facing right, with aegis visible at the truncation, rendered in a bold, high-relief Flavian style typical of the Rome Mint. The emperor is depicted with curly hair beneath the laurel wreath, and the bust is draped. The encircling legend reads IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM P M TR P VI in Latin capitals, distributed around the full circumference of the flan.
