Obverse description Laureate head of Domitian facing right, rendered in high relief with characteristic portrait features of the Flavian dynasty. The emperor's effigy displays a wreath of laurel leaves upon his head, with the neck truncation visible at the coin's lower field. The encircling legend runs along the coin's periphery in incuse Latin capitals, partially visible on the irregular flan. The portrait style is consistent with early Domitianic coinage from the Rome mint, exhibiting confident die engraving typical of late first-century Imperial issues.
