Reverse description Standing figure of Asclepius, the god of medicine and healing, depicted facing front, slightly turned to the left, clothed in a himation draped around the lower body. He rests his right hand upon a serpent-entwined staff (the rod of Asclepius), which extends to the ground at his side. A small figure, likely a serpent or a dog, appears at the lower left near the base of the staff. The legend COS II, referencing Albinus's second consulship, is partially visible around the periphery of the coin.
