Obverse description Bare laureate head of Augustus facing right, rendered in fine relief with carefully detailed wreath of bay leaves. The portrait displays the idealized Augustan style characteristic of the early Imperial period, with sharp facial features and a strong profile. The encircling legend CAESARI AVGVSTO runs around the periphery of the flan. The coin's edge is irregular, typical of hand-struck Roman silver of this period.

Reverse description A slow quadriga proceeding to the right, depicting a four-wheeled chariot drawn by four horses rendered in miniature scale, with a standing figure holding an aquila (legionary eagle standard) prominently displayed above. The composition conveys triumphal iconography associated with Augustan military victories and the restoration of legionary standards from Parthia. The bold legend S·P·Q·R is inscribed in the exergue below the quadriga. The scene is executed in low but well-defined relief, consistent with the hammered technique of Augustan silver coinage.
