| Obverse description | Bare male head facing right, rendered in the Ibero-Celtic artistic tradition with boldly modelled features including a prominent stippled beard and flowing, wavy hair adorned with a distinctive laureate wreath or fillet. The musculature of the neck is strongly delineated, and two Iberian letter symbols appear in the lower field flanking the truncation. The overall style reflects the local die-cutter's interpretation of Hellenistic portraiture, combining Mediterranean influence with indigenous artistic conventions. |
