Obverse description Facing bust of Bishop Heidenreich Wolf of Lüdinghausen rendered in a stylized Romanesque manner, depicted full-faced and wearing a mitre with central finial, flanked by curling foliate or scroll ornaments on either side. The bishop is shown in episcopal vestments with a decorated neckline visible at the base of the bust.
