Reverse description Two oval heraldic shields in high relief at centre, displaying the arms of La Sagne (fir trees on a rocky landscape) to the left and Le Locle (diagonal bands with a fir tree) to the right, set within an ornate scrollwork cartouche. A radiant Swiss cross surmounts the composition at the top, flanked by the dates 1665 and 1741. A wreath composed of a laurel branch to the left and an oak branch to the right frames the lower portion of the field.
