| Obverse description | Armored and draped bust of Władysław IV Waza facing right, wearing an elaborate lace collar and the collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece suspended at the breast. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the baroque style characteristic of the Gdańsk mint, with fine detail in the royal regalia. A crown appears above the bust. The encircling Latin legend runs along the inner rim of the coin. |

| Reverse description | A detailed panoramic view of the city of Gdańsk (Danzig) as seen from the water, with the cityscape featuring prominent church spires and civic architecture rendered in fine engraving. Above the city view, a radiant tetragrammaton (the Hebrew name of God, YHWH) emanates rays of divine light. In the exergue below the city view, the Gdańsk civic coat of arms is displayed, flanked by two rampant lions acting as heraldic supporters. The encircling Latin legend borders the entire reverse composition. |
