Obverse description Right-facing draped bust of Queen Ulrica Eleanor in high relief, her hair elaborately coiffed and adorned with pearls, wearing a knotted drapery at the shoulder. The circular Latin legend runs along the inner rim, with the engraver's signature I·C·HEDLINGER inscribed at the base of the truncation.

Reverse description Two wind-blowing putti figures in the upper field direct their breath toward a royal crown resting atop a draped altar bearing the queen's royal cypher in the centre; radiating lines emanate from the crown. The legend PONDERE TVTA SVO arcs across the upper field, while a two-line inscription in the exergue records the coronation date and place at Uppsala on 17 March 1719.
