Reverse description The Great Seal of the United States — a bald eagle with wings displayed, holding an olive branch and arrows, surmounted by a glory with thirteen stars — occupies the upper field. Across the center, a flowing ribbon banner bears the legend I SHALL RETURN in bold relief. Below the banner, five five-pointed stars are arranged in an arc across the lower field, with the inscriptions CCS'67 at lower left and A.d'A. at lower right. The rim repeats the same decorative triangular border as the obverse.
