Obverse description Diademed bust of Phraates V facing left, rendered with a distinctive diagonal square-ended beard and a three-band spiral torque with no visible terminal end; no wart is present on the face. Flanking each side of the royal effigy, a winged Nike figure is depicted in flight, each bearing a diadem. The design is enclosed within a circular border of dots.
