Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the archaic Greek style characteristic of Aeolian civic bronzes of the fourth century BC. The hair is arranged in wavy locks falling behind the neck, with the laurel wreath clearly delineated across the brow. The bust is draped, with facial features showing the idealized divine portraiture typical of the period. The flan is irregular and somewhat worn, with a rich brown patina.

Reverse description Forepart of a horse prancing to the right, rendered in a compact and vigorous style typical of Aeolian civic bronzes. The horse's mane is depicted with incised striations along the neck, and the raised foreleg is clearly articulated. To the upper left of the field, the abbreviated civic ethnic ΛΑ is inscribed in Greek characters, identifying the issuing city of Larissa Phrikonis. The overall composition is bold and well-centered on the irregular flan.
