Obverse description Bare or laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, portrayed with characteristic short curly hair and beard in the Hadrianic style. The effigy is rendered in a somewhat crude provincial style typical of the Antiochene mint, with no visible surrounding legend. The portrait occupies the central field of the flan, with the bust truncated at the shoulder.

Reverse description The letters S C (Senatus Consulto) displayed prominently within a laurel wreath, with the Greek numeral Є (epsilon, denoting the denomination value) positioned below. The wreath is rendered with individual leaves clearly articulated, tied at the base with a bow. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. The composition follows the standard civic bronze coinage format of the Antiochene mint under Hadrian.
