Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic style characteristic of early Seleucid coinage. The effigy displays finely articulated facial features with the laurel wreath clearly visible atop the hair. The design is contained within a border of dots (dotted border) encircling the entire field. The portrait occupies the central field with the neck truncation at the lower right, consistent with Seleucid royal coinage types derived from earlier Macedonian artistic traditions.
