Reverse description A boar advancing to the right in the central field, rendered in the distinctive schematic style of Catuvellaunian coinage, with a prominent dorsal spine and short legs. A crescent device appears above the animal, its open end facing downward. A Latin inscription appears below the boar in the exergue. The flan is irregular and the relief moderate, consistent with hammered Late Iron Age British bronze coinage.
