Obverse description A coloured depiction of a rampant dragon with wings fully spread, rendered in blue and gold tones against a black field. The dragon's coiled tail and clawed limbs are prominent in high relief. The peripheral border features a red band bearing fantastical pseudo-runic or cabalistic script in gold, with a gilt rim encircling the whole design.
