Obverse description The field is divided into six coloured segments, each bearing the coat of arms or flag of one of the six Celtic nations: Isle of Man (triskelion of legs), Scotland (St Andrew's Cross), Wales (red dragon), Cornwall, Ireland, and Brittany. A large gilt triskelion in relief occupies the central roundel. The maker's mark 'Mp' appears in a small cartouche at the left. Legends arc along the upper and lower rim.

Reverse description The reverse features a large gilt triskelion in high relief against a black enamelled field, its three spiral arms radiating from a central triangular void.
