A field-issued voucher from a German military motor vehicle depot (Kraftfahr-Park) operating in Zagreb during the Axis occupation of the Independent State of Croatia. "Agram" was the German name for Zagreb, used in official Wehrmacht administrative documents throughout the occupation period from 1941. These depot vouchers were internal instruments — not legal tender, not military scrip in the conventional sense — intended to track meal entitlements for personnel attached to the unit.
Paper ephemera of this type was discarded routinely. Survival is almost entirely accidental.
