| Obverse description | Five busts in high relief arranged side by side across the oval field: at far left, a crowned skeletal or death-mask effigy (representing the deceased King Edward VII), followed by the busts of French Foreign Minister Théophile Delcassé, British Foreign Minister Edward Grey, Russian Foreign Minister Alexander Iswolsky, and Italian Prime Minister Antonio Salandra.
