Obverse description Architectural facade depicted in low relief, featuring a central gateway surmounted by a tower bearing a cross motif, flanked by two outer towers of similar form. Above each outer tower is a raised annulet, and a pellet appears on each side of the central tower, below the battlements. The entire design is enclosed within two concentric raised rings forming a border, typical of the Carinthian bracteate style. The composition is rendered in the schematic, stylized manner characteristic of mid-thirteenth-century Austrian hammered coinage.
