Obverse description A deer passant to the right, depicted in a stylized medieval manner, occupies the central field of this thin silver bracteate. The animal is rendered with characteristic angular lines typical of late 13th-century Austrian hammered coinage. The design is enclosed within two concentric beaded circles, forming a well-defined border around the central motif. The irregular flan edge, common to bracteate pfennigs of the region, frames the composition beyond the outer beaded circle. No legend is present.
