| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black on cream paper with a fine guilloche border and inner frame. At the top centre, the royal coat of arms of the Kingdom of Romania is flanked by the inscription REGATUL ROMANIEI, with two oval guilloche vignettes reading LEI 500 LEI in the upper corners. The bold letterpress title MINISTERUL FINANȚELOR / BON DE IMPOZIT and the denomination LEI 500 CU DOBÂNDĂ DE 4% ANUAL appear in the centre, above a serial number line and an italic legal text citing the issuing law published in Monitorul Oficial Nr. 83 din 8 Aprilie 1933. Three manuscript signatures are present at the foot — those of the Ministrul Finanțelor, the control signatory, and the Directorul Casei de Amortizare — flanking a central guilloche oval with LEI 500 LEI; the note was printed by Imprimeria Națională as stated in the lower margin. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is laid out in two columns within a guilloche border, printed in black on cream paper. The left column, headed ÎNTREBUINȚAREA BONURILOR, sets out in three numbered articles the fiscal and legal conditions for redemption of the tax vouchers, specifying accepted payment intervals and accrued values from May 1933 through April 1935. The right column, headed AMORTIZAREA BONURILOR, details the amortisation schedule through annual Bursă purchases and lottery draws until 1 April 1940, and includes a printed receipt section (PERCEPȚIA) with blank lines for official completion; the date Emis la București, 19 Ianuarie 1934 and the printed name MINISTRUL FINANȚELOR VICTOR SLĂVESCU appear above the receipt panel. |
